Our company utilizes technology and automation. Advantage for automated production is a good and even quality together with a minimum need of personnel. Training of our personnel, however, is equivalent to that of a large, modern production company.
Our main raw material is aluminium. The demand for aluminium has exceeded that of steel. We get the plates laser cut and drilled, thus the parts can be attached directly to the tank. Robots do all welding on the surfaces, which guarantees good and even quality regardless of the welding point. Tank brackets are still made of steel but they are purchased from subcontractors laser cut and edged. Kovi Oy still bends the brackets into their final form after which the brackets are zinc heated. Customer satisfaction is on of Kovi Oy´s values. Full participation is required in product development as well as customer service. Customer feed back is gratefully received and transferred into the use of production department as soon as possible. Kovi Oy contributes greatly into the cooperation with pump manufacturers, filter manufacturers as well as with body manufactures and end users. This guarantees that the end product is compatible in quality as well as in function with the total system to which the tank is attached. Sisu-Auto and Volvo are our long term partners. In the future Kovi Oy aims to increase exports mainly to Scandinavian countries. Resale network is already established in Sweden. Kovi Oy is confident about the future. to automatization Kovi Oy has moved towards more serial production
